Lely has over 15 years of experiences as food technologist and food safety professional. She started working in manufacturing sector and followed in standardization and conformity assessment bodies such as BSN (government-based standardization agency), TUV Rheinland, and AFNOR Groupe (Indonesia franchise); from management systems to broader schemes. Her qualification has been extended to following schemes i.e. food safety (ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, FSSC), Current GMP, halal food and cosmetic, organic and sustainability (ISCC, RSPO), and product certification. Moreover, Lely is also a certified Lead Auditor for those mentioned schemes.
Gaining undergraduate in Food Technology and Nutrition as well as postgraduate in Food Science and Technology from IPB University (Bogor Agricultural University), Lely is committed to focus on food safety, organic flavour and product innovation subjects. In term of professional community, Lely is registered as active member of PATPI (Association of Food Technology Expert of Indonesia) and HIPMI (Indonesia Young Entrepreneurs Association). Furthermore, Lely is also a DIKTI registered lecturer who works for International University Liaison Indonesia since 2015.
