Refund policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may occur that require cancellation or refund of the service or product you purchased. Therefore, we provide the following refund policy: 

• Refunds are only available before class starts or before you access the service product purchased.
  
• A refund request would be processed within 5-7 working days.
• Once a refund request accepted, the fund would be delivered within 5-7 working days in the amount of 100?ducted by transfer fee, if applicable.

We would issue a refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that some payment methods may require different processing times and fees.
